We’re happy to help you switch your jewelry! To proceed, the jewelry must either be purchased from us on the day or you’ll need to provide proof of a previous purchase from our store.

There is a £20 installation fee, which will be deducted from the cost of your jewelry selection in-store.

Our basic range of Titanium jewelry starts from £20(+) per piece with decorative options from £40(+) per piece. Our Gold jewelry starts from £65(+) per piece.

This appointment is for Earlobe Piercing at our concessionary rate of £60.00, with standard jewelry included.
This option may only be selected once per client.

🙏🏻 Please only select this appointment if you genuinely need it. This is a gratuity service for those on a low income who may otherwise not be able to access a safe, professional piercing experience.

As a small, independent business, we can’t offer this rate to everyone sustainably — this exists as a thank you to the community, with care, understanding, and solidarity.

You’ll receive the same level of care as full-price clients and we won’t focus on budget/limitations. The appointment is 10 minutes shorter as we offer a curated “boujee on a budget” upgrade selection.

💎 Optional upgrades (on the day):
• £5 Anodizing*
• £15 each Shapes: Star / Triangle / Heart
• £20 each Gems: 3mm Bezel

*Anodizing safely changes titanium colour (no plating).

⚠️ Additional costs:
• Downsizes required at 8 weeks (not included). Concessionary downsizes: £10 each — please only book if you truly need them.
• Aftercare solution (optional): £10.

This appointment is exclusively for clients pierced within the last two weeks who are experiencing more swelling than anticipated. A professional assessment will be carried out to determine whether an upsize is required.

A service charge applies to cover the cost of our time, experience, and disposable materials.

Any associated jewelry and aftercare costs are additional and start from £20.00 / £35.00, depending on the piercing.

For insurance, hygiene, and safety reasons, we only install jewelry purchased in-store. We are unable to fit externally purchased jewelry under any circumstances.
